Tighten bolts in a diagonal sequence; for high-precision scenarios, fix them sequentially from one side to eliminate stress.
Daily maintenance is crucial. Regularly clean surface impurities and inject specialized lubricant through the oil nozzle. It is strictly prohibited to wipe with alcohol or thinner. Avoid operating the slider beyond the guide rail range. Strengthen sealing protection in humid and dusty environments, and regularly inspect the condition of sealing gaskets and oil nozzles to extend service life.
